CLASS NOTICE: The Settlement consisted of both a payment in cash and stock to Authorized Claimants, as approved by order of the Court. On July 14, 2023, the Claims Administrator conducted the initial distribution of the Cash Settlement. On June 5, 2023, the Transfer Agent began distribution of the stock portion of the Settlement. Please address any questions regarding your payment to the Claims Administrator.

On June 29, 2022, the Court held a hearing to consider final approval of the Settlement and related matters.   The Court entered an order finally approving the Settlement, approving the Plan of Allocation for the proceeds of the Settlement, and awarding attorneys’ fees and litigation expenses. 

If you are a member of the Class, your rights will be affected and you may be eligible for a payment from the Settlement unless you timely request to be excluded.  The Class consists of: 

All persons or entities who purchased or otherwise acquired SCWorx common stock on the Nasdaq or other U.S. exchanges or in a U.S. transaction between Apri 13, 2020 and April 17, 2020, inclusive.

Payments to eligible claimants will be made only if the Court approves the Settlement and a plan of allocation, and only after any appeals are resolved, and after the completion of all claims processing. Please be patient, as this process will take some time to complete.
